The problem

Living together is hard right now. Most co-living runs on good intentions alone, so who decides what stays fuzzy, who holds what gets blurred, and control drifts to whoever pushes hardest. People arrive with different intentions, and the harmony they came for wears thin.

We studied why shared living lasts or breaks, and built the Synergy Hub around what we found: clear agreements everyone consents to, authority scoped to the people each decision affects, and land held for the people living on it. Your residency travels with you across the network.

Collective financing

Collective financing is a group with a shared vision, agreeing on what they are building and how, then funding it together within that agreed-upon scope. Money can come back out on terms set at the start, but it does not buy ownership or profit. What it does is help manifest the shared vision, and everyone who helped gets to access the shared results.

What it is

Not a property purchase

A Spot is a right to be a resident in the network, not a title to a building. Nobody buys a home here, and nobody owns the land. It is held for the people living on it. A centre is sixteen homes: eight placed with residents as Spots, eight kept by the community, and the eight placed Spots pay for the whole centre. A Spot comes with a size of home, never a particular house.

Held collectively

Nobody holds the land or the buildings as their own. They are held for the people living there, and nothing distributes anything to any person.

Move between places

Your residency is to the network. Different centres, different character, the same right to be there.

Decided together

How a centre runs is settled by agreements the residents actually consented to, not by a landlord and not by a committee nobody elected.

Where the legal side stands today. Two rules do not move: the land is held apart from the money that operates on it, and money comes in only as a loan or a gift, never as equity. A lifetime right to be a resident is for the holder's own stays: no rental pool, no resale, no income. Each country changes only which legal form carries those two rules, and those choices are still open with counsel.

Each is sixteen homes in natural materials such as bamboo and aircrete, with a restaurant at the heart, a pool, edible gardens, a gym, event space and co-working. Sites have also been scouted in Bali, Baja Mexico and Brazil. Concept drawings; final plans follow the site.

Applying

Residents are chosen on whether the fit is real, not against a scorecard, so there is no pass and no fail. There is no count of places, no deadline and no date: the first centre is built about six months to two years after the land is secured and ready to build on.
